Ok, so How does hypnosis work?

Communicate

Hypnosis is a guided process that involves moving into a state of deep relaxation and focus so that you can directly communicate with your subconscious — the place that drives 95 percent of your thoughts, behaviors and beliefs.

Interrupt

I start by interrupting your habituated patterns (ways of thinking or feeling) and prompting new ones that swap out states like anxiety, stress or fear for happiness, relaxation, confidence or any other desired state.

Reinforce

Through repetition in our guided sessions & daily activities, you reinforce that new way of thinking and feeling and literally change the way your brain works and the physiological responses in your body.

How does Hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is a guided process, similar to a guided meditation, where I move you into a state of deep relaxation from which you become open to receive new ways of thinking and feeling. In this state, potent healing & change can take place.

What can I expect from our first session together?

Your first session will last between 90 to 120 minutes, where we will review your specific goals and desired outcomes and begin moving right into making the desired changes.

What can I expect from an average hypnosis session?

Sessions are uniquely tailored to you and include a blend of conversational hypnotic change techniques and deeper trance work, in addition to personalized take-home activities, recordings, writing exercises and more.

How long will it take to notice a difference?

While every person is unique, at least 3 to 6 sessions are recommended at first in order to start seeing changes.

Is hypnosis mind control?

Definitely not! Much like a conversation, hypnosis is a two-way exchange that involves you providing feedback throughout the session. You are always aware and in control, I simply serve as your guide!

Does hypnosis actually work?

Yes! Hypnosis is a science-backed tool that works with the natural patterns of the mind to reprogram deeply held beliefs and behaviors for exactly the ones you want to feel -- joy, motivation, ambition, confidence, peace or anything else.
